If you're reading this, you're probably looking for reports in the app, hoping to understand what the main areas to focus on and the main strengths of your organization are. 

First of all, you will need Administrator level access to view these reports. If you do not have access, reach out to us using the blue chat button in the bottom right corner of your screen.

Click on 'Organization' on the navigation panel

On the resulting page, you will see the following

The reports page will roll up your organization's Align and Reflect360 reports, as seen below

Within the report, you can see the following things -

1. A roll up of your organizations Align reports, with the ability to filter by
 1. Organization
 2. Divisions and Subdivisions (if applicable),
 3. Geographies (if applicable) and 
 4. By Align template (if you have several templates active in your org) 
2. Ability to benchmark by
 1. The whole organization against divisions 
 2. Divisions against each other
