If you recently launched an Align, you can track how many (and which) team members have responded to the exercise.
Here's a video guide for checking the status of your Align:
The Align tool lets you automatically track completion and send manual reminders from within the app if needed.
NOTE: The app sends automatic reminders for those who have not completed the exercise as well.
Steps to check completion
Log in to Valence
On the left-hand side, select Align
In the "select a team" dropdown, select the appropriate team
Find the Align exercise you want to check in on and click on the "Options" button on the top right corner of the card
In the menu, click on "Manage Participants"
On the resulting pop-up, you will see a list of
Those team members who have completed the exercise and
Those team members who you invited to the exercise via Valence email invitation who have not completed it.
Note that if you copied the invite link and shared it with your team members elsewhere, they won't show up here until they complete the exercise.
To send a reminder
When you're viewing the participants, click the "Options" button and click "send a reminder"
Select the checkbox on the left-hand side of each team member who you wish to send an email reminder and click "Send Email Reminder"
