How to check completion
Go to your Reflect360 page
Click on the 'Options' button on your 360 exercise and select 'Manage Participants'
On the next page, you will see a list of those who have responded and those who are yet to respond
Click on the 'More Options' Button on the right corner and select 'Send a Reminder'
Select your team members, and click on 'Review and send reminder'
Review the email reminder, and send it using the 'Send Invites' button
