Note: If you log in to Valence through your organization's Single Sign On, you cannot change your password. You cannot update your email address registered with Valence - reach out to us using the chat box on the bottom right corner if you need to discuss this.
If you want to update your name or password on the Valence app, follow the steps below:
Go to your profile page by clicking on your name on the bottom left corner and selecting 'My Profile'
Update your name, or change your password on the page.
