Over the last year we’ve been making exciting updates to our suite of Team Tools to make it easier than ever for teams to work better together. We’re extremely grateful to have H.R. partners that give us extremely actionable and valuable feedback. Thanks to your feedback, here are the updates we’ve made.
Updates to our Perspective Tool
Team Perspective Discussion Tool
Having managers and facilitators need additional training to prepare for team discussions is a thing of the past. The new Perspective Team Discussion Tool guides teams through breakout activities and insightful questions to help them run their Team Perspective discussions with ease. The new Discussion Tool will be available as an optional mode when a team goes to view their Team Perspective.
Personalized Pair Insights
We’re introducing new insights across our suite of tools to make it easier than ever to learn something new about your team. Starting with Pair Perspective, now you’ll see Personalized Insights on how to work together, with conversation starters and strategies for better collaboration. Check it out here! Updated Perspective Dashboard
We’ve heard your feedback to improve navigation in Perspective reports. The new Perspective Dashboard brings together all Perspective reports, making it easier to explore all of the layers of your team’s Perspective in one place.
Coming in December: Interactive Perspective Insights
We've heard you: you want faster, actionable takeaways inside every report. Soon you'll be able to ask questions and get personalized insights from a virtual coach directly inside every Pair Report. Our new interactive insights feature will help you understand the practical implications of your unique working styles and deepen your understanding of your team members.
Updates to our Reflect360 tool
Manager-Initiated 360s
Now a manager can initiate a 360 review for everyone on their team with a single click, to kick off a new feedback cycle and help build a culture of frequent, actionable feedback.

Coming soon: HR-Initiated team owner changes
HR Business Partners who create teams can now initiate a one time team ownership transfer to the manager's email address once the team is setup so they’re excluded from future team exercises and reports.
Please note that setting up a Secondary Manager on a team remains the same
Improved Analytics Dashboards
We’ve launched more detailed usage dashboards so you can analyze your organization’s usage over time and by demographic details. Dig in deeper by exporting reports with user-level details.
You can also see how that usage compares to your contract. For clients with multiple contracts active at the same time you now have a way to see the status of each contract.
Improved Align Discussion Space
We’ve revamped the Align discussion space for clarity to help managers facilitate better Align discussions and create better action plans, together.

Interactive Coach Report insights
We're continuing to make each report interactive, so you can get a coach's help drawing out important insights across all of your teams reports. You'll find this feature soon across our full suite of tools: Team Perspective, Align Report, and 360.

We are undergoing a SOC 2 Type II audit to ensure our tools continue to meet the highest global standards of data protection. The audit is an independent assessment of our security controls across multiple criteria—security, availability, and confidentiality—and demonstrates our ongoing commitment to safeguarding your data.
