Great news! Nadia is now seamlessly integrated with Microsoft Teams, making professional coaching more accessible than ever. Here's why this matters for your growth journey:

  • Access Nadia directly in your daily workspace

  • No more platform juggling – we know you've got enough apps already!

  • Chat with your coach as easily as messaging a colleague

  • Get support when you need it, from quick check-ins to deep discussions

Getting Started with Nadia in Teams

  • Open Microsoft Teams on your desktop or web browser to access your workspace.

  • Navigate to the Apps section by clicking the Apps icon in your Teams sidebar.

  • Look for "Nadia" or "Valence AI Coach" under the "Built for your org" section, where you'll find custom applications approved for your organization.

    Note: If you are unable to find "Valence AI Coach" under the "Built for your org" section. You will have to request the IT team to turn it on for you, here's how they can enable Nadia for Microsoft Teams.

  • Select the add button to integrate Nadia into your Teams workspace environment.

  • Complete the login process using your organizational credentials to secure your account.

  • Enter the one-time verification code that will be sent to ensure secure access to your coaching platform.

That's it! You're ready to start your coaching journey with Nadia.

Remember: Your Nadia conversations in Teams are just as private as they would be on the web platform. We've simply made it easier to access the support you need, right where you work!

How to enable Nadia on Microsoft Teams for an organization

Most organizations don't allow external apps on their Teams app due to security reason, so here's a guide on how to add Nadia for selected users or everyone at your organization.

  1. Access the Teams Admin Center and locate "Valence AI Coach" on the Manage Apps page

  2. Navigate to the "Assignments" tab within the app details

  3. Select "Assign" to set up user access

  4. Choose "Specific Users" or "Groups" from the installation permissions menu

  5. Click Apply to confirm the settings
