Document Creation Tool
We're excited to announce that Nadia can now create documents for you! This highly requested feature allows you to generate professional documents directly from your conversations with Nadia.
What is document creation?
The document creation feature allows Nadia to generate files based on your requests, whether you need reports, summaries, templates, or any other type of document. Simply ask Nadia to create what you need, and she'll generate a downloadable file for you.
Supported file types
Nadia can create documents in the following formats up to 3MB:
PDF (.pdf)
Microsoft Word (.docx)
Plain text (.txt)
Use cases
With document creation, Nadia can help you with various types of tasks:
Creating professional reports, proposals, and presentations based on your specifications
Generating meeting summaries, project plans, and action item lists from your conversations
Building templates for recurring documents like status reports or client communications
How to create a document
Start a conversation with Nadia
Ask Nadia to create, make, or generate any document you need
A document creation card will appear in your chat
Choose to preview the document or download it directly in your preferred format (.pdf, .docx, or .txt)
From the preview window, you can also download the file in any of the supported formats
Making changes to your document
You can easily make revisions by asking Nadia to modify the content:
Add content: "Add a section for future ideation"
Remove content: "Remove the third paragraph"
Revise content: "Make the conclusion more concise"
Append content: "Add a bibliography at the end"
Simply describe what changes you'd like, and Nadia will update the document accordingly.
Document memory and context
Nadia will remember information about documents created in your conversations until you reach the context window limit. However, Nadia does not retain the exact contents of the document itself across sessions.
Privacy and Security
Document storage: We do not store the actual document files you create. However, we do store document titles and content to support future features like a "my resources" or "documents library" page.
Organization controls: This feature can be turned on or off per client through an "opt-out" option on the Organization edit page, allowing you to accommodate individual security and privacy requirements.
