We heard you loud and clear! After extensive user feedback now a team's manager can initiate a 360 review for everyone on their team with a single click, to kick off a new feedback cycle and help build a culture of frequent, actionable feedback.
Before you kick things off, make sure you have a team created on Valence. If you don't have a team yet, check out this article!
Getting started with setting up a Reflect360 for your team
Setting up Reflect360 is quick and easy:
1. To get started click on "Reflect360" in your app navigation bar on the left-hand side
2. Click on the "Start a New Reflect 360" button on the top right
3. First click on "Create Team Exercises" then click on "Next"
4. You will see a pop-up screen now. Select the appropriate team then select the members for whom you would like to start the Reflect360 assessment, then click "Next"
5. Select the template you want to use (you can preview the statements of each template beforehand), and then click "Start Self Assessment"
Important note: You may have custom templates if your organization has created them. Please reach out to us at hi@valence.co if you have trouble accessing the correct template!
6. You have now successfully launched a Reflect360 exercise for your team members! You can now click on "View My Colleagues Reflect 360s" to confirm that the 360s are launched now.
7. You can also view your colleague's Reflect 360s by clicking on "Reflect 360" and selecting "Colleagues Reflect 360s". In this view, you can also go ahead and give feedback to all your team members who have invited you to provide feedback to their Reflect360s.
Viola! You have now successfully launched Reflect 360s for your colleagues.
