Almost everything in Valence happens in teams. As a manager you'll want to start a team and have them do exercises and see results together.

How to create a team
On the left of your screen, click on the 'Home' button
Click 'Create team' on the top right corner to create your own team
You'll be prompted to enter the team name, select the divisions it's in (if appropriate within your organization), and optionally to add team members.
If you are using Valence for the first time, the system will ask you if you are a manager when you register.
Choosing that option creates a team for you automatically!
That's it! Once you have created a team, you can get started with the Align or the Perspective within the next 2 minutes. You can reach out to our team if you are confused about where you should start.
