If you are managing a team on the platform that you are merely coaching or facilitating for, and/or if you find yourself wanting to add another individual to administer the team, this article is for you.
Note: If you wish to remove yourself as a team manager, refer to this article.
Adding additional team admins is easy - follow the steps below!
Go to your home page by clicking "My Team(s)" on the left-hand side
Click on the "Manage Team" button at the top right-hand corner if you only have 1 team.
If you are a part of more than 1 team, you will see a list of your teams, where you can directly click on the name icons to open the manage team pop-up.
On the resulting pop-up, click on the three dots next to the name of the team member you want to make a manager. Click on "Assign as Co-Admin"
That's it! You've added another manager/admin to the team. The team member will also receive an email confirmation about the change.
Note: We also heard your feedback loud and clear! We have removed the limit on the number of managers to a team, so you can now add as many co-admins as you want to a team.
P.S. The admin view has a bit more information and access than non-admins. So, make sure you are only assigning relevant team members as co-admins.
