Printing Valence reports

This article explains the printing options available for the reports in Valence.

Updated over a week ago

Valence is designed to be digital first. As such, we employ progressive disclosure on your reports to show you information piece-by-piece. This helps to digest the report as a coach would direct you to and also avoids a text-heavy report which is dozens of pages long!

This also means that Valence reports are not primarily designed to be printed or downloaded. Rather we encourage you to share your reports with the people who you'd like to see them.

If you really are looking for a pdf or paper copy, here are our suggestions:

Printing the Align report

The Align report print feature provides the high level results to review but does not include the full insights of the online report.

To print the Align report:

  1. In Valence, go to the Align report which you wish to print

  2. On the top right corner, click "more"

  3. Click "print" report

  4. You'll see three options. Select the one which best fits your needs and continue to print via your system dialogue.

Printing the Perspective report

The Perspective reports can be printed easily using the print function on the top right corner of your report.

Please note that printing the Pair Perspective report is currently not possible, you can only take prints for your team's report and your personal report.

Printing the Reflect360

The Align report print feature provides the high level results to review but does not include the full insights of the online report.

To print the Reflect360 report:

  1. On your dashboard, click on Reflect360 on the left side navigation.

  2. Select the Reflect360 report which you wish to print, and click on 'View Results'

  3. On the top right corner, click "more"

  4. Click "print" report

  5. You'll see three options. Select the one which best fits your needs and continue to print via your system dialogue.

Just be careful when sending it to the printer!
