Getting Started: Requesting Feedback

Requesting feedback is as simple as having a conversation with Nadia about what you want to know

Step 1: Access Feedback Flow

  1. Log in to your Nadia account

  2. On your Nadia Homepage scroll down until you find the section that says Gather feedback.

  3. Click “Start collecting” to begin your feedback request.

  4. In the Welcome to Feedback pop-up, click the “New Request” button in the upper right.

💡 Note: The Feedback Flow card appears on your homepage after you've had at least one conversation with Nadia. If you don't see it yet, start a coaching conversation first.

Step 2: Create Your Feedback Question

  1. Create your own Feedback question with Nadia or manually, or click one of the premade “Thought-provoking questions” to start Nadia’s feedback process.

  2. You'll enter a short conversation with Nadia to help fine-tune your feedback question

  3. Be specific about what you want feedback on (e.g., after a project, before a presentation, or about how you're showing up in meetings)

  4. Nadia will help you craft a focused question that will get you actionable insights

💡 Tips for Feedback Requesters:

  • Be specific about what you want feedback on and choose respondents with relevant context

  • Share the link promptly while the situation is fresh in people's minds

  • Important: Anyone with the link can respond—no Nadia account required

Step 3: Share Your Feedback Link

  1. Once your question is ready, Nadia will generate a unique share link

  2. Copy and send this link to colleagues via Slack, email, or any communication method you prefer

For Respondents: Giving Feedback

How to Respond to a Feedback Request

  1. Click the feedback link shared with you

  2. Voice is recommended: You can speak your feedback naturally or type it out in the simple interface

  3. Share your honest, constructive thoughts—your response is completely anonymous

💡 Key Points for Respondents:

  • Your feedback is completely anonymous and doesn't use a Nadia license

  • Other respondents won't see your answers or anything you say verbatim

  • The feedback requester will only see synthesized themes, never your exact words

Before You Submit

  1. Nadia will synthesize your thoughts into a clear summary for you to review

  2. You can edit the summary if needed to ensure it captures your intent

  3. Once you hit Submit, your feedback cannot be edited or deleted

Viewing Your Feedback Results

When Results Are Available

After collecting responses, Nadia transforms feedback into personalized coaching and actionable insights.

You need at least 3 people to respond before you can view your feedback. Nadia will notify you once enough responses are collected and unlock your personalized coaching debrief.

Accessing Your Results

  1. Return to your Nadia homepage when notified

  2. Click to view your feedback debrief and coaching insights

  3. To see previous sessions, click "Past Feedback" to browse your historical debriefs

💡 Making the Most of Your Results:

  • Review the synthesized themes and patterns Nadia tailors to your specific situation

  • Receive actionable recommendations on what to focus on next rather than just raw feedback data

  • Consider scheduling follow-up conversations with Nadia to work through specific areas

  • Track your progress by requesting feedback on the same topic in the future. All feedback sessions are saved to your profile for tracking progress over time.
